Shipping policy

Covid19 May Cause Shipping Delays. We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed the next business day. 


Vanquished Reputation is not responsible for any shipping delays due to the mail carrier of your choice. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please ensure your email address is valid.

Please be sure to check your shipping address. Any items returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address requires the customer to remit a new shipping fee. The customer is responsible for ALL return Shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If customer declines to reship their purchase a restock fee of $10.00 and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund issued.

PICK UP ORDERS

Pickup locations are emailed to customer once order is received. Pickup is ONLY available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are NO exceptions. Pickup window is 15min. If customer is late they MUST have item shipped or wait for the next pickup day. Pickup days are subject to change without notice.

PREORDERS

Preorders are placed on Sundays and Mondays. Please allow a full 10-12 business days for preorders to arrive. All updates are sent via email. once items are received they will be inspected prior to shipping out to customer. Preorders adhere to the same refund policy as all other items purchased from vanquished reputation. Please see our refund policy.
